Personal Assistant/Paralegal Duties: Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Organizing office documents, both paper and electronic, preparing documents to be filed and forwarding them for filing, contacting and reporting to clients regarding new engagements and the status of their matters, tracking and sending out bills, organizing and analyzing firm to do list, and scheduling attorney time. Some telecommuting may be possible. Potential for the job to grow with the firm. Keep track of client matters from initial engagement to project management to billing. Prepare corporate documents such as minutes and incorporation filings. Client management and file organization. Act as the point of contact between clients and attorney. Devise and maintain electronic office filing system. Requirements: Ambitious self-starters only. Must be bright and hardworking, fast learner, extremely organized with excellent computer skills including cloud document management. Experience preparing and filing corporate documents with Secretary of State and Department of Business Oversight a plus. Attitude is everything. Knowledge of basic corporate management and legal structure. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. MS Office and highly educated English proficiency. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
