Litigation Paralegal The candidate will consist of pleading drafting, managing a team of attorneys and coverage counsel, calendaring, filing, negotiating settlements of debt, speaking with clients, speaking with opposing counsel, performing legal research, etc. Will be assigned to litigation attorneys, and will be assisting them with all litigation-related matters. Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or degree, and 6 years' experience as a civil paralegal. Experience in a high volume and fast paced law firm would be ideal, such as personal injury. Must have excellent customer service skills and feel very comfortable speaking with attorneys as well as clients, mostly on the phone. Must be extremely organized, and spectacular at calendaring and maintaining deadlines and our litigation spreadsheet up to date.
