Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting Motions. E-file and service of Pleadings. Assist with Trial and Hearing preparations. Identify liability issues. Maintain contact with clients. Communicate with providers. Review medical & employment records. Maintain docket calendar. Fluent Spanish speaker preferred. Needles Software experience desired. Proficiency in Microsoft a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have comprehensive knowledge about both Liability Insurance and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Must have the ability to work primarily on the computer with Microsoft Word, digital folders, and Foxit/Adobe. Should have 5+ years Personal Injury experience.
