Contract Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will attend AOS interviews. Handle a high-volume caseload. Have 2+ years experience with H-1B Petitions, PERM, L, O, and TNs. Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately. Contribute to the development of firm processes to simplify work, standardize procedures and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively. Conduct Immigration-related research. Participate in projects outside the scope of work. Should have 2 years of family or business immigration experience. Employment-based preferred. Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs. Should be a member of good standing with the bar in any state.
