Senior Real Estate Paralegal Law Firm is currently looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal for their Scottsdale, AZ 85254 office location. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate field. Job Description The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, review of title reports/commitments, preparation of documents based on template forms, assistance in all aspects of pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters, due diligence review, lease preparation, entity formations and registrations, dissolutions, conversions, obtaining EINs, and recording of various documents. The Senior Real Estate Paralegal should have excellent organization skills and be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative. They should also have superior oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Professional. The successful candidate must also be able to manage a busy caseload and have flexibility to work overtime when necessary. This individual must have proven experience with the following: * Review of title reports/commitments * Preparation of documents based on template forms under supervision of attorneys * Assistance in all aspects of pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters relating to loan financings, acquisitions, and dispositions * Due Diligence review * Lease preparation from template forms under supervision of attorneys * Entity formations and registrations, dissolutions, conversions, obtaining EINs, * Recording of various documents The individual must be a self-starter with strong work ethic and initiative, and have excellent organization skills. Strong computer knowledge required, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Professional. Candidates will be expected to manage a busy caseload and have flexibility to work overtime when necessary. Superior oral and written communication skills are essential.
