Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Preparation of legal documents and filings; Calendaring for attorneys; Communicating with clients; Word processing; Assistance with administrative duties in the office as needed, including answering phones and filing. Should have extensive experience in corporate law; contract negotiation and drafting; personal, product and property injury law; advertising loss; copyright and trademark infringement; family law; construction law; insurance coverage; employment law; estate planning; and, general business and personal litigation services. Should have 2 years of recent secretarial experience. Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.
