Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be filing complaints, propounding and answering discovery in a timely fashion, drafting mediation briefs, preparing trial documents, calendaring deadlines and hearings, setting up expert availability for trial, preparing FSC documents, preparing minor's compromises. Should be an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal. Should be familiar with the rules of civil procedure, or willing to learn, and have great attention to detail. Should preferably have prepared cases for trial. Fluency in Spanish is a major plus. Must have a positive attitude, while being extremely efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
