Legal Secretary/Office Assistant The candidate will be responsible for office support functions such as file management/maintenance, preparation of legal documents, filing documents with various courts, preparing expenses/billing, calendar maintenance and other traditional support functions (e.g., answering phones, typing, photocopying, filing, etc.). The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of law firm practices and procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Litigation practice experience is a plus. Self-starter with strong attention to detail. Ability to efficiently and accurately manage a high volume of work. Experience typing and configuring business correspondence and legal documents.
