Litigation Attorney The candidate should be experienced litigation attorney to help us continue to serve our clients. Main focus is in matters of personal injury, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury and auto accidents. Also litigating insurance coverage of all sorts, commercial and homeowners. The position requires drafting motions, interviewing and preparing witnesses, deposing fact and expert witnesses, and handling discovery, mediations, oral arguments, and trials. Prior jury trial and deposition experience is preferred. Must have actual experience in proactively moving cases forward, demonstrated experience in all aspects of a case, including depositions, motions practice, trial preparation and jury trials. Must have excellent communication skills and be energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working with a team. The ideal candidate must be organized and efficient and able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks based on urgency and due dates. Should have experience in the State of Louisiana and must be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar Association. Prior litigation experience is a must. Experience: relevant: 3 years (Preferred). License: Active member of the Louisiana State Bar (Required).
