Commercial Litigation Attorney - Temporary The candidate will handle real estate, construction, title, and employment litigation. Must have 1-3 years of relevant civil litigation experience. Experience of 1 year in legal preferred. A Bar license is preferred. Must have strong research and writing skills, and experience handling discovery and trial preparation. VA, MD, DC, NJ, IL, and/or FL Bar required. Clerkship and bankruptcy experience preferred. Should preferably have demonstrable working experience litigating title insurance, mortgage, real estate, construction, or business disputes. Must be motivated with a demonstrated interest in the practice areas of real estate, construction, title, and employment litigation. Note: Contract Renewal is possible.
