Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate must uphold confidentiality at all times. Exceptional time management skills and strong ability to prioritize caseload and daily tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to professionally and tactfully communicate with individuals via telephone and in writing. Responds promptly to client requests/case needs. Exceptional organizational skills. Detail and deadline oriented personality a must. Able to multitask seamlessly and manage high pressure situations effectively. Work well in a team setting and have a team player attitude. Able to take direction from others well and comply with the firm standards and expectations of case management and client interactions. Experience with Personal Injury and/or Worker s Compensation preferred.
