Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have at least two years of litigation experience, preferably with experience with cases filed in federal and state court and using electronic discovery tools to facilitate discovery. Experience with real estate and or mortgage transactions or class action experience are of special interest, but not required. This position is ideal for a person seeking an opportunity for growth coupled with the work-life balance of a smaller, collegial firm.
