Case Managing Paralegal The candidate will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; research, and file organization. Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors. Preparing different legal documents and pleadings. Drafting letters, preparing tables of contents and authorities. Filing and serving legal documents. Scheduling and calendaring hearings, depositions, and other events. Preparing written discovery drafts. Reviewing and summarizing documents. Communicating with experts; preparing drafts and putting together motions. Other related duties as assigned. Must have an understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters is a plus. Adept at learning and using legal software is essential. Must have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and customer service skills; organizational skills and attention to detail. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
