Litigation Attorney The candidate will be performance-based bonus structures. Review of potential files to determine if a suit is appropriate. Review answers, responses, and prepare discovery and dispositive motions. Attend court hearings. Provide analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. Resolve contested files in litigation The candidate should be member of the bar in good standing. Knowledge of the FDCPA or the FCRA is mandatory. Knowledge of Bankruptcy Law. Courtroom experience. Superior time management, organizational, and communication skills.Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling any complaints and situations. Moderate computer skills.
