Contact Attorney - Litigation The candidate will do research and draft pleadings, written discovery and correspondence. Take and defend depositions. Attend court hearings. Argue motions. Assist with trial preparation and evidence presentation. Second chair bench trials and jury trials (First chair with experience). Juris Doctorate degree with active California Bar license is needed. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong oral advocacy, research and writing skills are needed. Knowledge of California Rules of Civil Procedure, (Federal Rules a plus), trial practice and evidence code.
