Trademark Paralegal The candidate should have extensive legal background, with 5+ years of litigation experience. Trademark experience is a plus; however, a willingness to learn this specific area of practice is acceptable. Expertise in civil litigation, pleadings, motions, Federal, State, Appellate and Bankruptcy Courts (TurboCourt, ECF, and Pacer) is essential. Knowledge of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including filing through TEAS, and the TTAB is a plus. Proficiency with MS Word 2010 and Outlook 2010 is essential. Should have strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of technology and eDiscovery skills are critical is essential. A working knowledge of document management systems, including Relativity is essential. Legal Associate and Elite experience are a plus.
