Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for calendaring, preparing and formatting various legal documents like discovery, motions and briefs, proofreading, data entry, preparing an coordinating subpoenas, preparing and sending out documents for services, preparing and sending out mail, setting up CourtCall, assisting with preparing for meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, etc., answering phones, client interface, and maintaining electronic and hard case files. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe is strongly preferred. Knowledge of billing software is a plus. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience, and have knowledge of state court rules and procedure, including, filing, e-filing, and service. Familiarization and experience with Federal court rules and procedure is desired.
