Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary The candidate's daily tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, typing memos and letters, drafting legal documents, tracking billable time, transcription and calendaring. 2 years of professional office experience performing secretarial and reception duties is required. Experience working in a private law office is preferred, particularly in the areas of LLC Formation and Business Transactions. Exceptional proof-reading, communication, multi-line phone, typing, multi-tasking, attention to detail and organization skills necessary. Proficiency in Corel WordPerfect is also required.
