Litigation Attorney The candidate should have J.D. degree. Must have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. Must have 3 years experience in insurance defense required. Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations. Experience with taking and defending depositions. Drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel. Trial experience is desired. California Bar membership is a must.
