Venture Fund Paralegal The candidate will perform duties supporting activities related to fund formation and organization of funds. Responsibilities include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund (s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes. Must have BS/BA degree. Must have prior experience in the Venture Fund practice area. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
