Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, required; Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred; Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred; Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed; Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred.
