Receptionist/Legal Secretary The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal professional services environment. Must possess strong verbal, written and proofreading skills; be articulate and effective communicators; consistently display a pleasant professional attitude and demeanor. Should have a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, have strong organizational, planning and follow through skills. Will be responsible for coordinating front office responsibilities, provide support to administrative assistants, and will be required to ensure that each firm client and visitor is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. greeting clients, answering a multi-line phone system and routing the calls; maintaining conference rooms, lobby areas and kitchens; maintaining firm lists; filing; opening and closing client files; mailroom help when needed and providing overflow and other clerical assistance to attorneys and staff.
