Paralegal - Workers Compensation The candidate should have 3-4 years of workers' compensation experience. A Bachelor's degree and/or Associate degree with a paralegal certificate is required. Workers' Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS) experience required. Organizational, communication and computer skills a must. Prior billing experience a plus.
