Will prepare contracts for real estate deals, correspond with clients and real estate brokers, and prepare attorneys to attend real estate closings. Will learn by doing, collaborating, and observing on real estate transactions. Will often work alongside an attorney who demands a high level of service for his clients. Will learn about contract drafting, monitoring deals, maintaining records, closing preparation, and client service. Must be a college graduate or a masters in legal studies.
