Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate will work with the Executive team members and Attorneys to assist them with daily tasks. Receive, sort, return/exchange mail and deliveries. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Schedule and arrange client appointments. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.. Should have 1+ year(s) od experience in an office environment. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Notary Public certification is a plus.
