Part-time Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant - Estate Planning and Estate and Trust The candidate will be inputting estate planning, trust administration, and probate documents. Will be inputting correspondence. Preparing deeds, forms, and transmittal letters. Communicating with clients. Opening physical files for clients and administrative matters. Maintaining office lists. Inputting time in Timeslips billing program and preparing related reports and invoices. Miscellaneous office administration. Paralegal work, depending on applicant's background. Must have 3+ years of experience. Must have excellent computer skills (especially with Microsoft Word and Outlook), strong communication skills with clients. Experience working for a trust and estate attorney is preferable. Note: This position is for 20 to 28 hours per week (to be determined).
