Immigration Paralegal The candidate will maintain positive contact with clients and attorneys and observe confidentiality of client matters. Prepare petitions and applications forms, and support documentation related to immigration benefits, including filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review. Communicate with federal agencies in connection with acquiring immigration benefits on behalf of clients. Keep current on federal regulations as they pertain to immigration matters. Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours, consistent with the firm's attendance expectations. Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field is required. Should have 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal. Experience with INSZoom highly preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
