Paralegal Assistant The candidate processes all incoming mail and distributes to the appropriate staff member. Assists with the Intake Process. Handles front of the office responsibilities to include greeting clients and visitors. Requests bills and records from medical providers and healthcare facilities. Scans and saves incoming mail. Confirms balances on client accounts. Requests checks to pay invoices. Sets up claims with insurance companies. Performs office duties such as filing, closing files, and scheduling. Mails out Demand Packages. Drafts various documents. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office. Should have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is required. Superb communication skills required, both verbal and written is needed.
