Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will propound and respond to discovery. Calendar court dates and deadlines. Prepare and file complaints. Draft correspondences. Regular client communication. Assist the attorney in any litigation tasks needed. Must have a high school or equivalent degree with 2 years of relevant experience is a must; experience with Filing/E-Filing procedure; excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong listening and presentation skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; proficiency in calendaring; fluency in Spanish is a must; experience with case management software; familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
