Trial Paralegal The candidate will act as an integral team member in supporting litigation attorneys, mentoring junior paralegals, streamlining workflow, and facilitating best practices within the Trial and Appellate Practice Group. Must have trial experience as a litigation paralegal. Should have Bachelor s degree and 5+ years of patent litigation including Hatch-Waxman experience. Knowledge and understanding of the litigation process and e-discovery; experience with database management software, review, and production is required. Stellar cite checking skills is needed. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CompuLaw, Case Notebook, Relativity, IPRO (Eclipse), and FileSite is must.
