Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate's responsibilities include: Open new files, gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents; We all share in answering calls, but you would be primarily responsible; Maintaining Firm calendar, including scheduling meetings, depositions, and property inspections; Ordering supplies, and general office management; Drafting correspondence, summons & complaints, discovery demands and responses, stipulations, Requests for Judicial Intervention, Note of Issues, and general releases; Performing other related duties as assigned. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Dropbox required. Experience using Clio Management Software is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Understanding of legal language and principles, and other related matters required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
