Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelor's. Should have experience in intellectual property, specifically with trademarks and management of large trademark portfolios. Must be familiar with both U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and USPTO filing procedures. The successful applicant must evidence excellent academic achievement, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills, and show an ability to assume direct responsibility for client work. The position includes direct contact with attorneys, clients and other professionals. 3 years of experience is preferred. Should have Paralegal Certificate.
