Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Map the case along with the partners upon case intake to prepare for litigation. Draft pleadings. Draft and respond to discovery. Motions to compel. Motions for summary judgment/adjudication (affirmative and oppositions). Take and defend fact and expert depositions. Prepare trial documents; file and oppose MIL's etc. Qualifications: Must have 3 years personal injury litigation experience, plaintiff or defense. Driven with proven history of strong work ethic. Proven track record of filing and opposing motions. At least 15 depositions taken. Must be a self starter and able to work independently.
