Business Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1-2+ years of experience to join our firm. Will work closely with administrative and legal staff and clients to serve and manage multiple corporate immigration accounts. Will gather, review, organize and process incoming documents and information. Will correspond timely with clients and third-party vendors to prepare filings. Will draft, prepare, and edit documents and filings. Will manage multiple cases and projects in fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Will occasional offsite travel to meet with clients located in the SF Bay Area, CA The candidate should have strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities. Should have excellent legal writing skills and be adept at drafting complex and thoughtful arguments. Should have polished interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others. Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Should have a current license to practice law in the United States. Should have minimum of 1-2 years of corporate business immigration, PERM experience strongly preferred.
