Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provides support for electronic discovery projects, document production, document reviews, and also performs general paralegal duties related to litigation. Must be familiar with standard e-discovery concepts, practices and procedures and have a successful record of experience and judgment of planning and accomplishing goals. This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, analytical skills, great customer service skills, as well as someone who works well in a team environment. Must be able to work under the pressure of strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast paced, high volume environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively with a wide range of constituencies, including internal partners and associates, outside counsel, and clients required. Strong written communication skills, reading comprehension skills and thoroughness in completing work assignments required. Proficient computer skills required. Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions required. Ability to handle multiple projects and strategically prioritize; time management skills are critical required. Ability to interact productively and constructively with management, coworkers, other company departments and staff in a diverse team environment required. Ability to take initiative in handling projects and anticipating what needs to be done required. Bachelor's Degree required. 8 or more years of experience in a law firm or corporation in litigation support or as a paralegal; Paralegal certification is preferred.
