Paralegal Candidate will become a part of team specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit Syndication, who is comfortable working in a small firm and collegial environment. Responsibilities will include: Perform title and survey review and analyze title exception documents; and assist lawyers in preparing closing checklists, organizing transactional documents, including loan documents. Qualifications: Previous experience involving title and survey review at large law-firms highly preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
