Workers' Compensation / Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate's duties include: answer incoming calls, greet guests as they come into office, opening new files; requesting medical records; electronic filing with the workers compensation commission for new claims, scanning documents to the case file, screen new client intakes, returning client calls, assisting with prepping files for hearings. The candidate should have 2 years experience in the field of workers compensation and/or personal injury law. Must be organized with an attention to detail, computer skills (Microsoft Office/Clio/Case Management software) have good time management skills, work well with a Plaintiff/Claimant style clientele, have a positive attitude, and have a good attendance history.
