Litigation Paralegal Case Manager (Plaintiff Law ) Duties: Managing a diverse docket of personal injury litigation. Tracking calls and correspondence. Legal secretarial capabilities including the ability to keyboard (typing) is required..Corresponding with insurance representatives, medical providers, etc. during the pre-litigation stage of a case. Drafting pleadings, demands, and motions. Drafting discovery requests and responses. Setting up depositions and mediations. Maintaining attorney calendars. Trial preparation and organizational assistance at trial. Assist with new client intake. Communicating with fellow legal professionals in office. Assist with community outreach events on occasion. Requirements: Personal Injury litigation experience (preferred). Conveys confidence on the phone. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry. Strong multitasking skills. Plaintiff personal injury experience a plus. Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
