Real Estate Attorney The candidate will assist clients in structuring, negotiating and closing complicated commercial real estate transactions involving all asset classes of real estate, utilizing various sources of capital. Should have experience working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Should preferably have experience working in multiple jurisdictions on real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, and construction contracts. Experience working with agency and conduit lenders would also be preferred.
