Workers' Compensation / Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be opening new files; requesting medical records; electronic filing with the workers compensation commission for new claims, scanning documents to the case file, screen new client intakes, returning client calls, assisting with prepping files for hearings. must have Maryland Workers' Compensation claim experience and be able to handle various tasks at one time, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy. Time management, professional communication skills and organizational skills are necessary to work in our fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to work independently and have a desire to assume significant responsibility.
