Paralegal/Paralegal Assistant/Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily review of critical deadlines and timely processing of all incoming correspondence generated from the USPTO, WIPO and international associates. Review and perform updates of attorneys docket with all U.S./international electronic filings and responses. Generate docket reports as requested by internal and external clients. Assist in intake and auditing of all IP transfer matters files. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data entered in database. Maintain knowledge of latest IP rules, both domestic and foreign. REQUIREMENTS: Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years' IP docketing experience (trademark docketing is a plus). Knowledge and experience with PATTSY software preferred. Detail oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Aptitude to check data accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Strong commitment to client service. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).
