Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist experienced litigation attorney specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury. Will be collecting and reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and other court documents, completing legal and fact research, preparing for depositions, mediation, hearings, trials, etc., organizing files, scheduling all calendar events/deadlines and answering phones. Manage client interface and other associated administrative duties. Should have 1-2 years paralegal or legal assistant experience (medical malpractice experience a plus). Must have fluency in Spanish.
