Corporate/Real Estate Associate Attorney The candidate will be a transactional attorney with experience in corporate governance, contracts, compliance and regulatory matters, real estate development, and commercial leasing, to assist its growing team of attorneys. Must have 3+ years of prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm is strongly preferred. Fluency in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is strongly preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school; outstanding references; licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Florida.
