# Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm is looking for a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our office in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm and to make a difference in the lives of our clients. **Job Title:** Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney **Location:** Washington D.C. Metro Area **Salary:** Competitive salary and benefits package **Responsibilities:** - Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work - Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval - Guide clients through the case process - Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents - Complete TD approval for liability issues - Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages - Manage the release approval process - Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers - Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive - Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team - EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements **Requirements:** - Law degree from a fully accredited law school - An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association - 2+ years of personal injury experience - Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases - Excellent client service and communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Self-starter driven by long-term career goals - Superior writing and oral advocacy skills This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager. **Benefits:** At Law Firm, we are committed to providing our staff with a competitive benefits package.
