Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities: Drafting documents for formation of new corporate entities; proofreading and distributing draft documents; coordinating, organizing and interpreting complex legal documents; building and maintaining relevant database files; and conducting factual research. Additional responsibilities include drafting of miscellaneous transaction documents, making necessary securities filings, and updating corporate records. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. ABA approved Paralegal certificate. 5+ years of transactional paralegal experience at a major law firm. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe. Must have: Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and communication skills, take initiative and be a self-starter. Ability to manage paralegal matters independently.
