Legal Secretary/ Assistant The candidate will do heavy calendar management, travel coordination, billing coordination (including review of prebills, revisions and finalizations), client interaction, time entry, document comparisons, conference call coordination, scanning, invoice processing, preparation of expense reports, and telephone/email communication with clients and attorneys. Must have 2+ years legal secretarial experience, preferably in litigation, and must be comfortable working in a fast paced legal environment, as well as, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently. Must be familiar with standard MS office applications, Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be an experienced legal secretary/assistant to support a team of partners and associates in litigation practice area.
