Paralegal The candidate will file Pleadings in District/ Circuit Courts. Will request/organize and summarize medical records. Draft Motions and Answer Interrogatories.Extensive client contact, must possess excellent verbal and written skills. Must have 1+ year of Workers' Comp/ Litigation experience.
