Paralegal - OGC Candidate will be working side by side with lawyers, co-counsel and clients on an array of substantive client matters. Will provide critical para-professional and administrative support in several areas of the Office of General Counsel operations and risk management. This may include claims and subpoena management, compliance activities, due diligence functions and other risk areas. Will also assist in the management of claims and circumstances against the firm and subpeonas directed to the firm, which will include management of the litigation hold function and data collection. Will assist in developing and implementing new processes and management of the firm insurance programs as well as a variety of other tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. 3 years experience in a litigation practice. Experience handling sensitive and confidential matters. Large firm experience preferred. Ability to manage high volume off tasks in a timely manner. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and attention to detail.
