Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be conducting intake interview for new clients. Communicating with insurance adjusters to open claims, update claim files and negotiate settlements for personal injury cases. Proof-reading documents drafted by the lead attorney. Electronically filing documents with the court. Performing administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, printing, scanning documents, checking and delivering mail, updating litigation calendar and to-do list, and requesting medical records. Interacting with clients, when necessary. Associate's degree and some experience at a personal injury law firm is required. Should have 1+ years of personal injury experience.
