Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Frequent telephone communication with clients and insurance adjusters; Draft correspondence and documents under the direction and guidance of attorneys; Request records from medical providers, law enforcement and employers; Assemble arbitration briefs and demand packages. Should preferably have 2+ years of Personal Injury experience. Should be fluent in Spanish language. Familiarity with the Minnesota No-Fault system is required. Microsoft Office proficiency is needed.
